Who we are
rehours is an AI Automation Studio. We build and run custom workflow automations for businesses, organizations, and individuals.
The legal operator of rehours is Spisook Agritech Private Limited, based in India. For privacy questions, email hello@rehours.com.
This notice is a practical description of how we handle information when you visit our website or when we run an engagement for you. It is not lawyer-reviewed counsel.
What we do
We design, build, and operate AI workflow automations. Depending on the engagement, that can include Meta messaging on Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook; LinkedIn and other social platforms we enable later; and CRMs plus the custom tools a client already uses. We connect to those tools. We do not replace them.
We are a custom studio, not a self-serve social product. We only connect platforms that are in the agreed scope of an engagement.
Two kinds of people this notice covers
Website visitors. If you browse this site, book a call, or email us, we handle a small amount of information as described under “This website.”
People whose data appears in a client workflow. If you message a client’s Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook Page, LinkedIn account, or another connected channel, the client is usually the controller of that data. rehours acts as a processor / service provider for that engagement. We use the data only to deliver the automation we were hired to run.
This website
The marketing site is served through Cloudflare. Booking uses Calendly on /book. The homepage Solutions buttons go to /solutions. Email still reaches hello@rehours.com. We do not run a workflow-intake database on this website.
We do not run a product-analytics suite on the site beyond what the host and CDN collect to serve pages, keep the site up, and protect it from abuse. We do not sell website visitor data.
If you book a call, Calendly processes the details you enter under Calendly’s terms. If you email us, Google processes that message.
What we collect in an engagement
Only what is needed to design, run, and support the agreed workflow. Depending on scope, that can include:
- Messages, sender identifiers, media, and metadata from Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, and later LinkedIn or other connected platforms
- Records, tokens, and identifiers from CRMs and custom client tools
- Account credentials or API tokens the client provides so we can connect those systems
- Operational logs needed to debug and keep the workflow running
We use this information to deliver the agreed automation. We do not sell it. Sharing with Meta, LinkedIn, or other platforms happens under those platforms’ terms because the workflow runs on their APIs.
Where data lives
Per client, as agreed for that engagement:
- When we host: servers at Hetzner
- Site and CDN: Cloudflare
- Default: a dedicated n8n instance (or similar orchestration) per client
- A dedicated database if the client asks for one
- On-premises or client-owned infrastructure when the client asks
- The client’s own tools (CRM, in-house apps, unique stack) — we connect to those; we do not move their system of record unless the engagement says so
On-premises and client-owned data stays under the client’s control.
Who else may process data
In plain language, parties that may process data for a typical engagement are:
- Cloudflare (website and CDN)
- Hetzner (when we host the automation)
- Calendly (scheduling on this site)
- Google (email)
- Meta (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook when those channels are in scope)
- LinkedIn or other connected platforms we enable for that engagement
- The client’s own tools and any vendors they already use
We do not list every possible future vendor. If an engagement needs another processor, we agree that with the client.
Roles
For customer or social-account data that belongs to a client’s audience, the client is usually the controller. rehours is a processor / service provider for that engagement.
For our own website visitors and inbound leads, rehours (operated by Spisook Agritech Private Limited) decides how that smaller set of information is used.
Retention
We keep engagement data for the life of the engagement and any extra period the client requires (for example, a support or audit window). When we host, we delete or return that data when the engagement ends, subject to backups that expire on a short cycle and any legal hold.
On-premises and client-owned systems are the client’s to retain or wipe. Data that remains on Meta, LinkedIn, or other platforms is retained under those platforms’ rules, not ours.
Cookies and similar technology
This website uses cookies or similar storage only as needed to run the page, the Calendly embed, and basic security on Cloudflare. We do not run advertising pixels or a third-party product-analytics suite on the marketing site.
India-first and your rights
rehours is operated from India. We follow applicable Indian law and each connected platform’s developer terms.
If you are in a region that grants extra privacy rights, email hello@rehours.com. We will work with you or with the client/controller to respond.
To ask us to delete data, see Data deletion.
